Liver, Adrenal, and Digestive Functions Protocol for beginners.

In hopes to not overwhelm you, I’ve created a very easy-for-beginners suggestion list on appropriate protocols for Liver, adrenal and digestive supports that you can incorporate into your daily life.

I will be doing a deep dive into each protocol for each function separately but I wanted to generalize things a little so you can see that it doesn’t have to be a restricted diet or 17 supplements to start supporting your health and wellbeing.

Protocol for Supporting Liver, Adrenal, and Digestive Functions Daily Routine:

1. Morning: - Start the day with a cup of warm water with lemon to aid digestion and support liver function. - Take a daily dose of vitamin B complex and vitamin C to support adrenal function and boost energy levels.

2. Throughout the Day: - Drink 2-3 cups of dandelion root or milk thistle tea to support liver function and promote detoxification. - Take a digestive enzyme supplement before each meal to aid in the digestion and absorption of nutrients.

3. Afternoon: - Consume a serving of fermented foods such as sauerkraut or kimchi to support digestive health and promote a healthy gut microbiome.

4. Evening: - Drink a cup of chamomile or peppermint tea to support digestion and promote relaxation.

Supplements:

Liver support: Milk thistle, dandelion root, turmeric

Adrenal support: Rhodiola, ashwagandha, licorice root, magnesium bisglycinate

Digestive support: Digestive enzymes and probiotics

it is so easy to get lost in the tiktoks and online world where everyone is shouting different supplements and life hacks to get healthy instantly and to instantly feel better. Healing is not instant, and it is not linear. Healing takes time, and everyone is different.

This is just a generalized protocol, for a more specific protocol for yourself, please book a consultation or reach out to a health professional.

Thank you for being here

as always…

It is important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are currently taking medication or have any underlying health conditions. Additionally, it is important to maintain a balanced diet and regular exercise routine to support overall health and wellness.
